Absence Program Assessment & Consulting
Our process starts by obtaining a comprehensive understanding of an employer’s current absence program, program “leaks” and associated costs. This is achieved by having our absence consultants interview absence stakeholders, assess current absence practices/policies/procedures, and assess current absence costing among other related topics.
