A New Look for the Next Chapter of WMC

What is changing — and what is not

Today, I am proud to share a new look for Workplace Medical. It is an important milestone for our company, but I want to be clear about what is changing — and what is not.

We are not launching a new brand. Our brand has been built over more than 70 years by our people, our clients, and the trust we have earned. What we are launching is a new look that better reflects that brand and the company WMC has become.

Our purpose has not changed. We remain committed to helping organizations keep employees healthy, safe, and fit for work.

Where it started

For me, this moment also connects back to my father and why he started this company. He saw that smaller and mid-sized companies — many of them employers of his own patients — needed access to the same quality of occupational health support that larger organizations, such as Stelco and Dofasco, already had.

He believed that helping someone return safely to their regular duties — at work and at home — was deeply meaningful work. In many ways, he saw it as saving a life. That belief helped shape the company we are today.

Our Story

Built through trust

From that beginning, WMC grew by providing great service, practical support, and trusted advice. Many of the services we offer today were developed through collaboration with our clients — listening to their challenges, understanding their workforce needs, and building practical solutions around them.

We listened, responded, and continued expanding our services as clients asked what else we could do to support them.

Today, WMC supports thousands of clients across a broad range of occupational health, absence management, hearing, first aid, wellness, health and safety, and workforce health services. Our new look reflects the size and scope of the company we have become.

The people behind WMC

Just as importantly, it reflects the people behind WMC.

I am very proud of our people. Across our clinics, client sites, call centres, mobile teams, and corporate departments, our teams care deeply about doing the work well, supporting clients, and supporting each other.

That is the real WMC brand.

What this means for clients

This new look also marks the beginning of an exciting next chapter for WMC — and for the clients we serve.

For clients, this next chapter is about making WMC easier to work with, easier to understand, and better equipped to support their workforce health programs.

As part of this next chapter, we have launched a redesigned website with more practical information and new tools to help clients, prospects, and partners find what they need more easily.

What this next chapter means for clients

  • More integrated services to support workforce health programs.
  • Stronger reporting and clearer communication to improve visibility and decision-making.
  • Enhanced digital tools, including our client portal, to help manage programs more effectively.

We are also continuing to invest in more integrated services, stronger reporting, clearer communication, and enhanced digital tools — including our client portal — to help clients manage programs more effectively, gain better visibility into workforce health trends, reduce avoidable absences, and support a healthier, safer workforce.

Where you will see the new look

Over the coming months, you will begin to see our new identity across our website, communications, client materials, reports, proposals, signage, uniforms, digital tools, and overall client experience.

Our goal is simple: to present WMC in a way that reflects the professionalism, care, and trust that have always been at the heart of our company.

The story behind the logo

Our new logo was developed with careful thought about WMC’s history, purpose, and future direction.

Looking ahead

The look is new. The purpose is not.

Thank you for being part of the WMC story — and for helping us build what comes next.
