- A Kraus Weber Back Assessment tests marginal standards for a sedentary person, identifying a lack of muscle strength or elasticity as the cause of back pain.
- A lift test can also be added to this examination to ensure the employee can lift items and has the proper body mechanics.

- Pulmonary Function Test (PFT)
- Helps to detect existing or developing obstructions or restrictions. Measures lung strength and the volume of air it can hold. Mandated by the MOL for industries with designated substances (i.e. Isocyanates, asbestos, silica, carcinogens), and for employees that wear respirators.
- If the minimum WMC standard is not met, a “not fit to wear respirator” restriction will be place on the employee’s records.
