    Workplace Medical delivers assessment services that integrate occupational health expertise, specialist input, and real world workplace context, helping employers move beyond incomplete medical notes toward actionable direction.

    Our assessment portfolio includes:

    • Time Loss Review (TLR): Early, physician‑to‑physician clarification of functional abilities, work readiness, and expected recovery—distinct from a traditional IME.
    • Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs): Objective medical evaluations by occupational physicians and specialists.
    • Functional and work capacity evaluations to inform accommodation and return‑to‑work planning.
    • Ergonomic and job demands assessments aligned with actual job environments.
    • Medical record reviews and physician clarifications as needed.
    • Clear, defensible reporting to support disability management, workers’ compensation, and appeals.

    Assessments are coordinated and reported promptly, reducing unnecessary delays in case progression.
