WMC launches our new corporate identity as Workplace Medical Corp. For more than 50 years, Workplace Medical Corp. has been helping companies manage medical issues, comply with government regulations and help control the costs of medical time loss. Our new name brings together all our related services, divisions and clinics under one corporate identity to represent better our integrated, one-stop, occupational health services company. Workplace Medical Corp. acquires clinics in London & Sarnia
Workplace Medical Corp. acquires the occupational health practice and London and Sarnia clinics of its long time associate physician, Dr. William Maddeford. Forest City Centre for Occupational Health of London and the Blue Water Centre for Occupational Health of Sarnia further expand our clinical service area in Ontario. Dr. Maddeford and his staff will stay and become part of the Workplace Medical Corp. team. “I will now have access to the additional support and service I require to provide our clients with a complete, integrated occupational health program” said Dr. Maddeford. Workplace Medical Corp. increases its ownership in Active Canadian Emergency Training Inc., from 51% to 100%, bringing it under our new corporate umbrella with a renewed focus on its core training business. (March, 2006)

Evans Occupational Health Clinic moves to brand new building at 233 Evans Ave, Toronto to accommodate our increasing clientele in the Greater Toronto Area.
