Return-to-Work Case Management is an extension of our “Company Doctor” program. For longer, more complex medical time loss cases our nurse case manager helps facilitate and support the return-to-work process by:

Early intervention
- Follow-up on Short Term Disability cases to ensure proper care and timely return to work
- Initiate and co-ordinate independent medical exams, ergonomic assessments, functional abilities exams
- Liaison between employer, employee and the medical community
- Provide support and information for adjudicators
Unlike traditional disability management services, our program is focused on providing hands-on assistance to ensure proper care and timely return to work – not on adjudication and facilitation of insurance claims.
