Forest City Centre for Occupational Health, London, ON
The Forest City Centre for Occupational Health (FCC) is one of the newest full service clinics to join Workplace Medical Corp., expanding our service area in Southern Ontario.
It is staffed by a registered nurse and supported by a number of associate physicians who provides additional coverage when Dr. Maddeford is on-site. The clinic provides:
- An audio testing booth
- Vision testing rheometer
- Pulmonary functional testing (PFT) machine
The clinic is also a certified collection site for drug testing. Situated inside a medical building, the FCC has the convenience of quick and easy access to x-ray services and is properly equipped to implement the full array of Workplace Medical Corp.’s occupational health programs.
FCC traces its roots back 20 years, and is led by Dr. Maddeford as its founder and medical director. Dr. Maddeford has successfully established himself as a trusted occupational health physician for many companies in London and Sarnia. In 1997, FCC expanded its facilities and opened its current location. Dr. Maddeford provides service both on-site and at the clinic. FCC’s more than 100 clients include the City of London, Siemens Ltd. in London and Sunoco in Sarnia.
In 2006, Dr. Maddeford merged FCC with Workplace Medical Corp. to provide his clients with additional support. This merger has allowed Dr. Maddford to expand his services to provide a more complete and integrated occupational health program.
The Forest City Centre for Occupational Health is centrally located in downtown London, easily accessible by the public transit.
