With 25 years of history, the Evans Occupational Health Clinic is one of the oldest and the largest occupational health clinics in Ontario. This unique clinic is focused solely on providing occupational medical services, which allows for efficient and quick service, accommodating on average 30-40 patients per day.
In March 2006, Evans Occupational Health Clinic moved 2 blocks east to a brand new facility at the corner of Horner & Evans. This 12,000 sq. ft. free standing facility includes 5,000 sq. ft. of custom designed clinical area dedicated to occupational health alone, as well as administrative offices for Workplace Medical Corp. and its Mobile Hearing division.
Workplace Medical Corp.’s full range of occupational health services is available at the Evans Clinic. We are committed to offering quality service with fast turnaround time. Clients value the benefits of obtaining a comprehensive set of services promptly and under one roof, which explains why clients from the Greater Toronto Area and beyond choose Evans Clinic for their occupational health services needs.
The clinic is staffed by 3 medical assistants, a full time registered nurse,
an x-ray technician and physicians. It is equipped with 5 occupational
health exam rooms, an audio testing booth, a treatment room for work injuries,
x-ray room, on-site Functional Abilities Evaluation (FAE) facilities and 4 stand-alone
washrooms designed to fast track urine collection time. Evans clinic is
conveniently located with easy access to and from major highways (see map),
and offers ample free parking.
In 1996, the Evans Occupational Health Clinic became a key part of Workplace
Medical Corp. With the support of Workplace Medical Corp., the Evans Clinic
has since greatly expanded its scope and service offerings.
