Emergency & Standard First Aid Training for Police Officers

In conjunction with CPKN, this WMC program is based on accredited standards for first aid and CPR application. While this course meets or exceeds the content in a provincially accredited First Aid/CPR course, the content has been tailored for police officers and therefore is not recognized by WSIB or other provincial workplace safety boards. This blended learning course incorporates both online and in-class training. A mandatory classroom session is required so that participants can be assessed on their ability to perform the practical skills required for certification. This course reduces the training time for officers and therefore significantly reduces the organization’s training costs.
