The Blue Water Centre for Occupational Health was founded by Dr. Maddeford in 1998 to support his Sarnia area clients. Dr. Maddeford is supported at the clinic by a registered nurse and the clinic is equipped as a full service occupational health clinic with audio booth, pulmonary functional testing machine, vision testing rheometer, and certified drug testing sites. The Blue Water Centre is capable of providing the complete array of occupational health services offered by Workplace Medical Corp., and centrally located with free parking (see
map).
