Functionality Capability Testing

Different jobs require different levels of physical exertion. Most overexertion injuries and repetitive motion disorders develop because of a mismatch between employee and job. Ensuring the physical capabilities of the worker match the physical demands of the job is the key to reducing work related injuries and subsequently reducing WSIB claims and costs.

Functional testing is a proven, objective and effective tool in helping match worker to the workplace. PDA – Physical Demand Analysis
